The second floor suite is accessed through a private entrance. The pool and other outdoor space are shared with the owners. You’ll enjoy an amazing nights sleep with blackout curtains, a noise machine, and a queen-sized bed that seems to almost hug you. Enjoy all that the community offers, or stay in and cook in the well apportioned kitchenette. The spacious walk-in shower is sure to please. A full-sized washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.

The property is lovely! Everything you can think of is there! Washer & dry big bonus!! The studio is brand new and tasteful done!! All full size appliances very nice! Free coffee for Keurig awesome!! A very comfortable mattress… I just loved this space I’d give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Newly renovated suite
Loved our stay in this suite at Montour Falls. This suite was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway for 2. Our host was very accommodating and was a great communicator. He did warn of the steep steps to the second floor, however, also beware the ceiling is very low while coming up the steps. The location is perfect with a short walk to town or short drive to Watkins Glen.
