Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans ce logement, son placement est idéal dans Montpellier. Il est calme, pratique et très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol, son isolation, en plein hivers nous avons senti pas mal de courant d'air et les murs etaient glacés avons fait tourner les radiateurs en permanence.

Sehr zentral, frische Croissants vor der Tür, auch eine Tankstelle und der Supermarkt in 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sprache fast ausschließlich französisch. Sehr nette Vermieterin.

This flat is perfectly located, just literally 7 minutes walk to Place de la Comedie. There are 2 local school within 5 minutes and the tram is even closer. You can walk to the main train station in 8 minutes (I timed it!). The flat is large with plenty of space for a family of up to 5 but could easily sleep 7. It's in good condition and has everything you'll need for your stay. The landlady is a good thrustyworthy person who will respond quickly if anything needs repair. The original fridge was old and we asked for a new one. It arrived within 3 or 4 days. We paid a large deposit but got the entire sum back promptly after our stay. So as you might have guessed, my family and I were very happy in this apartment. I don't really have any complaints. And Montpellier is a great little city. Good food, friendly people (that was unexpected after Paris!) , good weather, great schools.

Médiocre et sale

Le bon accueil de la propriétaire et le bon emplacement de l'appartement ne compensent pas la médiocrité générale : Équipement vétuste (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge) et sale, canapé avachi, vaisselle limitée et dépareillée, douche archaïque très difficile à régler, voisins de l'appartement du dessus particulièrement bruyants, etc. Je peux fournir des photos de la saleté du four et du lave-vaisselle. En résumé un appartement médiocrement équipé et pas très propre. Plus de 15 jours pour obtenir le remboursement de la caution. Le rapport qualité/prix de cette location est très décevant. C'est beaucoup trop cher pour le service rendu. Un conseil : ne payez pas la caution par le paiement en ligne, il m'a fallu expédier 8 mails et passer 2 longs appels téléphoniques au Royaume-Uni pour obtenir le remboursement de la caution.

Excellent appartement, grand et très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement au mois d'avril avec notre fils de 15 mois. Nous sommes ravis ! L'appartement est très bien situé (à environ 7 min à pieds de la gare et à 1 min du tram le plus proche), en plein centre de Montpellier. L'appartement est très propre et grand. La terrasse est également très agréable (avec à disposition des jeux pour les petits). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de cet appartement à proximité du centre ville, du tram et de toutes les commodités: sortie de la ville très rapide, possibilité de se déplacer à pied ou en tram. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller au concert, au théâtre et en ville en quelques minutes. L'appartement est bien agencé et la terrasse constitue un vrai plus même si l'hiver ne permet pas d'en profiter vraiment. L'appartement est assez spacieux, il était propre, pratique avec de grands placards et un confort correct. Nous mettrons un bémol sur le confort des canapés,la vaisselle insuffisante. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique et Danuta nous a donné toutes les explications et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette location qui nous a abrité un hiver entier.

Grand appartement de 3 chambres situé dans une résidence de standing, sécurisée, avec parking souterrain et à deux pas du centre ville, et quasiment en face du polygone (centre commercial). Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour aller au FISE : très pratique car la ligne de tram est à deux pas. Linge de toilette et draps fournis, ce qui simplifie les bagages!

Groot en fijn appartement, uitstekende locatie

In juni 2015 een prachtige week in Montpellier doorgebracht mede dankzij dit geweldige appartement. Het appartement is ruim, is uitstekend gesitueerd, 5 minuten lopen van het centrum en toch heel rustig. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de ontvangst door de eigenaren was heel hartelijk. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Great location, loved the balcony/terrace.

Really loved the location of this place. We have stayed in Montpellier before and this location was really convenient. - 150m from the plush Antigone development the chic Polygone shopping center and the trams - 500m from the central square, Place du Comedy - Easy road routes to all local destinations. We were able to get to the coast etc ... in 15 minutes. The apartment was large and airy, its fixtures and fittings were fairly typical for such rentals. There was a large TV, an Oven, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, washing machine, free WiFi, free parking in the underground car park). The feature that really made the apartment special was the large balcony/terrace. It was fabulous. It had a sheltered section for shade under which we ate (when not eating out) and the plants provided real privacy so we has a really good time as a family. As far as Montpellier goes .... its about the best location I could imagine for a holiday in the south of France. we much prefer it to Provence because the are so much more things to do.

Très bel appartement. Il très bien situé dans Montpellier. A deux pas du centre commercial Polygone et a peine 10min de la grande place des comédies. Vraiment parfait. Nous avons profite de la grande terrasse pour les petits déjeuner. Nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe à 4 adultes. l'appartement est spacieux avec une terrasse permettant de prendre les repas à l'extérieur sans être gêné par les voisins. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier Antigone à deux pas de la place de la comédie. Je le recommande également pour sa tranquillité.
