Pas du tout ce qu’on attendait. Nous ne pouvions pas faire le check-in car la rĂ©ception Ă©tait fermĂ©e et les informations sur les instructions de l’enregistrement tardif n’ont pas Ă©tĂ© laissĂ©es dans un endroit visible! Mon mari, mon bĂ©bĂ© de 8 mois et moi, on a louĂ© un autre hĂŽtel Ă  1h du matin. GrĂące Ă  la gestion de Cassandra, chef d’Accueil, qui a tout fait pour rendre l’expĂ©rience un peu moins stressante, nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©s de l’argent de la premiĂšre nuit. L’hĂŽtel a prolongĂ© le check-out jusqu’à 13 heures, mais le dernier jour la chambre doit ĂȘtre propre et le check-out Ă©tait trĂšs stressant. La derniĂšre chose que tu veux faire pendant les vacances c’est nettoyer. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas Ă  ce type de rĂ©sidences, oĂč les heures sont si limitĂ©es et le nettoyage doit ĂȘtre fait par l’hĂŽte. Malheureusement, une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience pour nous.

Rien à voir avec ce qu'il a été vendu, les meubles fatigués, une planche avec un matelas fin en guise de literie, des murs sale et une salle de bain vraiment dégueulasse. Pour moi on est pas sur du 8 sur 10 mais plutÎt 6 et encore. Et n'oubliez pas faire du ménage avant de partir !

Je suis trĂšs déçue de ce sĂ©jour. Le logement est loin des images de l’annonce. Une odeur de renfermĂ© immonde Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et qui nous a suivi les 2 jours. Moisi dans la salle de bain. Minimum d’équipement. Plage privĂ©e jamais trouvĂ©e !!
