Located in the heart of one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, Montpeyroux, this gîte is ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends in a chic and relaxed atmosphere! It is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with wood stove -a lovely kitchen-dining room overlooking the garden First floor : -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with two bunk beds (4 single beds) (the upper beds are prohibited for children under 6 years old) -two bathrooms -two independent toilets. Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the Sancy massif and a pleasant swimming pool (heated from approximately the beginning of June to the end of September), outdoor shower and toilet. The gîte's vegetable garden is entirely available to enthusiasts or gourmets. Public parking 20m or 50m away. House adjoining a residential house. Access via a small steep paved pedestrian lane. Many leisure activities nearby: village of Montpeyroux with restaurants, artisan workshops, heritage, etc., outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), swimming and water sports at Lake Aydat, etc.
