-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible but fast replies are not guaranteed. Maybe I am sleeping after midnight. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. If you plan to arrive outside the check-in window you are responsible to follow ahead of time.
-If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient solution arranged for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests.
-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of the city and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center. If there is expected construction noise, I always adjust my prices to reflect the same (so you might grab a great discount in these cases).
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property in very rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of civic inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always notify guests in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise arenât permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.

For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservationâs guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
đ No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.

Animals arenât permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcomeâplease inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
Youâre welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.

Please treat the space as you would your own.
âą Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.

Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.

Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.

In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.

đâđŠșSpecial Note on Service Animals
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation.
In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guestâs full responsibility.
Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
