NOTE! The place is the floor below the listed address, enter through the front of the building.Fantastic stay for a solo or couples trip if you rather spend money on things more exciting than a place to sleep. I packed light because of the on site laundry, but had to pick up my own detergent at the grocery down the street; btw its a tote bag city. Very convenient for metro and bus travel. You get what you pay for, would stay again!

Great price, great location, comfortable bed and clean apartment.Wonky cold and hot water in the shower and no legroom to sit on the toilet. Parking is the back but the lockbox is in the front.Living room couch is broken. Sigh. I wanted to rate this higher, but the toilet situation was pretty awkward.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!One of the reasons I chose that unit was because of the onsite, and free, parking.  When I got there the parking was unavailable due to construction work happening on the building.  The problem was that I was not made aware of the construction and therefore could not prepare myself or alter my plans.  The host was not apologetic; very uncaring.   As a result of the lack of parking, I incurred an additional parking expenses.  The host was kind enough to tell me where to find a parking lot. The building in which the unit is located did not have a secure outer door and only one of the two door locks on the unit worked.  The upper lock gave the impression that it was working but it did not lock and provide any security at all. Also beware...the bathroom is very small. Sitting on the toilet is comfortable for a very small person or a toddler. There might be 8" between the front of the toilet bowl and the bathroom wall.During my stay, I asked for toilet paper and was ignored by the host.On the positive side, the unit is spacious and clean and the neighbourhood is very nice.

We unlocked the door to find the place was occupied, clothing strewn around, food out. We contacted the host and told they would call back. Two hours of leaving messages that went unreturned, we got an email that our reservation was cancelled and refunded. We had no place to stay!!! The host never returned any calls after the initial call.

Property was very clean, like new, character of a nice neighborhood, brownstone building. Across from a beautiful park- quiet. Very comfortable very straightforward , wish we could’ve stayed longer !
