Other Things to Note:

ø Located on the 2nd floor, you will need to take a flight of stairs.

ø You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival.

ø Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)

ø Pets accepted at our discretion, and for a fee.

ø To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.

ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone

ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.

IMPORTANT:

The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).
