I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport, and my experience was far below expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel. The staff behaved in an unprofessional and inconsiderate manner, repeatedly disturbing guests instead of ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from management. When concerns were raised, there was no sense of responsibility or willingness to resolve the issues. It felt as though guest comfort and satisfaction were not a priority at all. I expected much better service standards and professionalism from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this stay left me extremely dissatisfied and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a respectful and reliable hospitality experience near Montreal Airport.

Overall it served a purpose but certainly not a "deal". We paid $ 520 for two nites. That did not include breakfast. That would have cost an additional $ 30 each for two of the mornings .... So and extra 120 fort two of us for two days. We got the room we booked (a single queen bed) but it was an extremely small room. Could not even open our luggage and still move around. We contacted the front desk to see if something else might be available but they were fully booked Ate at the inhouse restaurant and while the food was tasty we felt it was very overpriced for what we got. Otherwise staff were friendly.
