Clean, modern, warm & welcoming staff, nice facilities. A really nice hotel, highly recommended! The restaurant needs to be less upscale and over the top in its offerings, however, and offer more entrees for those who don’t eat meat.

The hotel is very well run by the general manager all the way down to the support staff. I briefly saw the general manager walking by and wanted to commend him for such a great job overall but he got away, for the people that he’s hiring, especially Mawa, Iman, Giovana and Jason in the breakfast area downstairs. For the general manager Mawa has the dream of building her own home any kindness you could extend her away to make that dream come true as she is doing it for you and your business every day Mawa would be appreciative. Please help her with her dream to build a home. Mawa has earned it!

Great location for Dorval airport, excellent shuttle service to and from airport and ViaRail station at a competitive price for the location. I shall definitely use the hotel again if my flight arrives too late for the last train.

Good airport hotel

Our studio king room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, with a microwave, mini fridge and small lounge area. I had requested feather-free bedding as I’m allergic to feathers but this was not done. When I informed the front desk, a lovely member of housekeeping came straight away and resolved this - so, not a problem, these things can happen. Very good buffet breakfast. We were given a late checkout, which was appreciated, with very helpful service staff. Good sized gym and swimming pool. The hotel shuttle bus was easy to use.
