Lucky guests of La Maison des Patriotes, a charming heritage building built in 1814. La Maison des Patriotes, is centrally located and walking distance to all amenities and best attractions in Old Montreal. Seconds away from place Jacques-Cartier where all entertainment happens.

8 guests with possibility up to maximum 20 guests with extra fees. Starting from guest 9 up to 20, it will be 75$ per person per night.

We welcome you and your group to our home! Please always message us the final number of guests coming.If additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 75$ per person per night. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our home integrity.

The maison accommodated our group of 17 wonderfully. Alaa went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, and his communication was unmatched. The amenities and location were unbeatable as well.

The location and host are exceptional! Communication was clear and timely. Host met us and helped us find a parking garage around the corner. The flat is roomie with many bedrooms and bathrooms and had everything we needed — plenty of clean towels, beds and pillows and bedding were very comfortable. And the Old Montreal location cannot be beat — on a fun street with shops (featuring local artisans as well as souvenir shops) and restaurants, but the area was never loud. Walking distance to Bota Bota (an amazing spa), Notre Dame basilica and the Montreal Yacht Club (for dinner on the boat - Bateau-Mouche). On the same street as Bonsecours Market with more restaurants and stores selling Canada-made items. We also walked to “new” Montreal to explore the underground city. Highly recommend!

We were a large group for a bachelorette party and had the absolute best time. Alaa was kind and very flexible with everyone’s arrival and departure times. There was plenty of room, and the location was great. Some quirks and rules due to it being an older building, but all in all a great place to stay.

This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Montreal. Our host made himself available to assist with check-in, and helped us locate the property for easy check-in. Great location in Old Montreal

Our group of 9 adults had a great week in late June. The property is in a super location in the heart of Old Montreal, and Alaa, the host, was thoughtful and helpful for any questions we had. The entry, at street level, has two couches and a shoe rack, leading to the stairs to the main sleeping area on the building’s 2nd floor. The property has plenty of bedrooms (6) on the 2nd floor, where there are also 2 full bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower), plus a washer/dryer. The upper level (3rd floor) has plenty of seating for the meals we “ate-in” and plenty of couches for a family movie night. The upper level also has a full kitchen (plenty of plates, glassware, cookware), an additional bedroom, toilet, sink, and 2 more showers. The air conditioning worked great and was much appreciated for the 90 degree days during our stay. Our host, Alaa, was wonderful: he was available for in-person check-in and responded quickly when we had a question about the tv. The place was also well-supplied with toweling and paper products (paper towels in the kitchen, boxes of tissue in each room, plenty of toilet paper
)We had a great week and wish the same for future guests/visitors—thank you, Alaa!!!

Perfect location for a large group of us women looking to explore Old Port and Downtown. Host did an excellent job of communication prior to our stay and the space itself is charming and fits in with Old Montreal. It is an older building so there are some quirks. It is also on a pedestrian-only street so something to be aware of if you are traveling with luggage or groceries.

This was my second time staying with Alaa at the hotel and it was fantastic again. Alaa is very communicative and always there for you if you have any questions. The hotel accommodates large groups perfectly and its in the best location right in Old Montreal.

Great Old Montreal Option for Large Groups

Amazing spot!

We loved our stay here! Right in the thick of everything in Montreal. The location is amazing with shops, bars, restaurants, and breweries all right there and the water one block away. Ample towels and the big room upstairs was so spacious. great communication and was given great tips on where to go around the city. If we are back in Montreal with a big group, we will be staying here again!

Great Location!

This was a great place to stay with friends in old Montreal. The place was very clean and Alaa answered all my questions leading up to our stay. The location can't be beat and it is a great place to stay with a large group of family and/or friends.
