☆ AIR CONDITION ☆
Just giving a heads up that we have a split system AC in the living room and portable AC and Fan inside each bedrooms. Also, for heating, we have baseboard heating whole house.

☆ PETS ☆
We warmly welcome pets to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $99. Please contact us if you want to bring more than one pet. Thank you for your cooperation.

☆ PARKING ☆
Please note that you can park on the right side the home.

☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.
