There is also a private indoor free parking for 1 middle size car (middle size vans can also fit). Bus stops are located just at the entrance of the building and free transportation cards are provided to our guests. The Neighborhood: My home is located in Montreux Switzerland (Swiss Riviera) on the most iconic avenue of the city The Claud Nobs avenue from the famous organiser of the world known event Montreux Jazz Festival. My home is a quiet residential area less than 10 meters walk from the lake and 3 minutes walk or 1 bus stop away from the train station. The residence is very popular for wealthy holiday-home owners which favour the peace and discretion of their retreats to the bustle of the hotels of the city. Everything is very centric since it offers coffee shops, grocery shops, restaurants, touristic attractions and transportation just meters away.
There are many choices for the night life, including traditional live-music during the Jazz Festival and modern clubs such as âMillesimeâ, âBlack Pearlâ, âTabooâ, âFunky Claud Nobsâ, and more, all practicing a fierce selection and requiring a smart attire.During your stay you absolutely mustn't miss a trip to the Vevey (the food museum), a trip to the castle of Chillon (Most visited attractions Switzerland) , Caux castle which is a world renown Hospitality Management school, the vapour park for children is must, which is a seaside spot on the western side of the island, the hotel les trois couronnes has the best terrace where you can enjoy the longest-lasting sunset in Montreux.
Other Things to Note: Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. If we want them to understand the 21st century :-)) we should respect normal house rules like.... no party after 10pm, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, late check-in fee after 7pm, don't ring at neighbours bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window, eg. Just use your common sense. Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk. Me and my team are always happy to assist - but it can take time to follow your not urgent request (like 1 more blanquet).

Do not smoke anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside, pick-up your trash.
Children are welcome, but children of all ages count as âpeopleâ and must be included in the guest count. Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates airbnb rules and our policy. If you arrive with more guests than you booked for, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in. Please book for the correct number of guests. Also passports must be shown for a copy upon arrival as security procedure.
