The property looks like an old motor court that has been renovated. It is on the old downtown Main Street. We would stay again and recommend it to friends.

If you like the ambience of the 50s motor courts, this is perfect. Remodeled and very clean. No restaurant and it sits on the main busy road through town. This hotel says nostalgia!

I got the room for my grandson who was traveling. He said everything was good and comfortable. He mentioned something sticky on the bathroom walls like old glue running down that dried and would look so much nicer if that was corrected.

Very average room, not worth the high price per night. The room was very small. The floor felt very dirty, like it was grainy and needed to be mopped. There were 2 of us and only 2 pillows provided unlike the 4 usually provided for multiple travelers. I thought there was only 1 towel as that was all we saw in the bathroom, it wasn’t until we left that I saw the other towel essentially hidden under the sink in the main room. Additionally one of the towels looked to have hair in it from a previous person which really grossed me out. We were glad we were only staying a single night. The door also felt very flimsy and like it could have been broken into very easily.

Excellent service! Comfortable stay!!

We stayed here as part of a longer trip. The rooms were recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, the service was excellent! Anything we needed, they took care of quickly. Extra pillows, utensils, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here if stopping in Montrose!

Great property close to Black Canyon

Loved this place! Great communication beforehand. Nicely renovated motor lodge—room had all necessary features and accommodated a later check in as I was coming from Black Canyon. Grab and go breakfast was fine. All staff were super friendly!
