Bad experience

We always use the Best Western chain because of the comfort standard. Our stay at this hotel was a bad experience. The toilet had problems, it seemed to be clogged. The curtains were falling down, there was no place to put our bags (I had to ask for a chair) and lastly, the heating unit needs to be fixed, because it was making such a loud noise that we had to turn it off, because it didn't let us sleep and we ended up sleeping in our winter clothes to keep warm. Very disappointing.

Communication could have been better. A text was sent inviting me to follow up with any questions, and when I did ask a question it was ignored. I asked at the check in desk and was given an indirect answer that didn't answer my question. The property was ok, signs point to renovations being in progress. Some things have been recently maintained and other items could use some attention. Overall it wasn't a bad place to sleep for the night.

Close to Arby’s and mi Mexico restaurant. Easy to park. The staff were great! Cons: needs updating with carpet and bathroom. We arrive evening and found room 104 to have hair in bathtub including public hair. Lots of Hair was also present on bathroom floor. Sink had residue of some gunk and toothpaste stuff. One dirty face towel and one towel was only provided. One pillow had human hair on it. It was our first to experience such neglect for cleanliness. Not sure who was cleaning the room or somebody used it for the night without anybody knowing. It was unusual. Staff was called and responded immediately and offered us another room but since I already removed the hair we opted just to stay in the room since we were too tired to move our heavy luggage’s upstairs(no elevator). Please have mgt report this! Room should been checked before a customer checks in to make sure it’s ready!
