Wake up early in the morning to a cup of coffee walk down to the waters throw a line try to catch a nice bass if you brought your four wheelers take a nice ride through the woods or just build a fire inside because you just want to sit by the fire, relax and read a book or fill the Jacuzzi set some roses and candles and enjoy a nice bath …. You’re welcome to bring your own ATVs as long as you are respectful to the yard …. we had a main water line break and had to cancel all of our reservations up through the beginning of September. We plan to open up no later than the third day of September so that we are open for Labor Day weekend. We have renovated the house we have added a pool and a deck, there will be lots of lighting outside we have put in some fire pits we have put in some grills we have put in some outdoor furniture with redone the inside of the house  where we had water damage and it’s looking very nice and we are hoping to have a very successful end of the year and a very blessed year next year there’s also a little pony here in the stall, a mini pony that you can take your children over to see his name is Georgie and you can feed him some apple slices. He’s very friendly……. Fishing here is really good in the morning when it is early or right before dark. There’s some really pretty bass and if you like to fish you’ll find that it’s really easy to catch fish here ❤️your 15 minutes from waco 30 minutes from Temple ….@ thr San Antonio riverwalk is only a little farther away but well worth the drive….. also I will be decorating for the Christmas holiday in November 1 through the first week of January. It will be decorated for Christmas. I will not decorate for Thanksgiving but I will have the home for two months in Christmas attire in appearance.

Family Weekend
Everything we needed was there. I was unaware that the pool was an above ground pool but my grandsons loved it. They played in it the entire weekend. My husband loved the pond and caught several fish. He was very happy with the place. Exerything was set up for a comfortable stay. We had 11 people staying there and with the help of sofas and an air matress everyone was comfortable. My 13 year old granddaughter took an air matress to the office area off the kitchen and she had her privacy. When we were ready to leave our battery died and the owners husband helped us start it . The house is large and the bedrooms are placed in such a way to ensure privacy. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The only suggestion I could give is to place a tv in the bedrooms. However I know some people dont like tvs in there rooms. Overall a great experience!

My Home Away from Home
This property is one of the best my family and I have ever rented. Everything was perfect for my family of 7 plus visitors. My Host Pam was amazing and super sweet at accommodating all of our needs. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and we will be returning. Thanks Pam for everything!!! We honestly didn’t want to leave 😆 until next time, thanks again.

Wonderful Lake Retreat
This property was perfect for my family’s celebration of our Baylor graduate. Situated close to Waco, we had easy access to the Baylor campus, shopping and restaurants. The owner was excellent with communication and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The property itself is quite spacious with tons of space inside and out to enjoy. The lake on the property and is ready for fishing or rafting fun. I highly recommend this property for families with kids of all ages visiting the area.

Lovely pond retreat
Then owner was very helpful and provided for all our questions and needs. The home was comfortable and nice big kitchen. The pond was a real joy for the kids and dads. Bring your fishing gear!
