Bungalow Moe Moea by ENJOY VILLAS MOOREA

The Bungalows beach of Enjoy VILLAS are located in the Residence "Moe Moea", next to the TIPANIERS, 45min from the moorea ferry dock, and 30 min from the airport.

This quiet and secured residence is equipped with a parking area and a free tennis court. (Hardware not included)
The beautiful TIPANIERS beach is located a few meters from the bungalows.

Composition of a bungalow 6 pax:

Air-conditioned and well appointed, furnished without being overcharged, its total area (with terrace) is 70m2
 
-At the ground floor you will find an air-conditioned room, equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a closet. A bathroom (Italian shower) and a separate WC.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and free WIFI.

- Upstairs you will find 2 double beds (160x200) and a WC. It also has air conditioning.
On the terrace: A table is chairs for 6 people and Outdoor Lounge.

Condo not as pictured and too hot

This condo had a picture of a couch that was not the same as an uncomfortable fold out bed in the living room. The upstairs bedroom had AC that pointed toward the stairs so the attic bedroom never cooled off. The AC was only in the bedrooms and so the living room was too hot to use. The old AC in this condo downstairs bedroom could not keep up and smelled. If you open the doors as suggested the misquitos come in. We fled after 3 of the 7 booked nights to an airbnb down the road that stayed cool by opening the doors so the 2 bedrooms AC kept the whole place cool. We could actually sit on a comfortable couch and enjoy the whole one story house. I lost 1000 to leave but it was worth it and even though he used AI to put in a picture of a comfortsble couch in the living room he would not refund it. He rushed out through check in and was thoroughly unpleasant. "We replaced the furniture and just haven't updated the picture." Don't rent this place. Too hot and uncomfortable.

Fabulous stay

Loved this villa it was a very comfortable stay for our family of four. The villa was perfectly located on the island of Moorea with almost everything close by. The kitchen and laundry were much appreciated. Communication with Anais was seamless.

Adorable home, quick walk to beach

We had a wonderful stay! One of my favorite beaches on moorea was just a few steps away. It was very clean and the host communicated very well. She met us for check in and everything went smoothly.

Beauty at the beach

Lovely and cozy spot on the island. From Papeete took about 2hra to get there but we'll worth it. The host were very open and communicated with us before arriving giving directions and meeting with us to get the keys. They gave us a tour and said if we need anything to just call them. The bungalow was very cozy and comfortable especially in the hot weather. The AC is powerful and the place is spacious. If you want to relax and not think this is the place to be.

Wonderful stay at best location!

Fantastic location and residence. Anais was the perfect host and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Use of Washing Machine was very helpful and the Kayak was a lot of fun. Les Tipaniers Beach was amazing for both Sunrise and Sunset. The residence was very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful!

We had the best time! Place is super close to the beach (45 second walk) we didn’t want right on the beach because we have little kids, and the lagoon was perfect. This was my third time and I’m certain this is one of the best beaches on Moorea. The host was super lovely, accommodating and so helpful. We will definitely be back!

The villa is 40 seconds walking distance to one of the best beach in all Moorea, A/C worked great, beautiful and modern house with plenty of space and kitchen well equipped. The kayak was a plus, easy to transport to the beach. The villa has two story and is in a gated community and felt very safe. Can't wait to go back next year. Aniis was very kind and helpful

Absolute must stay

This was a girls trip and we all left proclaiming this was the best vacation ever. The bungalow is nearly immaculate and was a great location. The beds were adequate. If you want to snorkel, make sure to research where you’ll rent or bring your own! Also, plan on a car rental and grocery shopping in Papeete if you can. We cannot wait to return!

This was a great place to stay and fully stocked unit with enough space for 4 adults and proximity to the beach was perfect. Also close enough to many restaurants either walking or for a pickup by restaurant. Number of smaller grocery stores was good especially during a longer stay. Owner was very helpfull with arrangements etc, much appreciated. 😃

Perfect vacation house

My wife and I stayed here for around 5 days and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect just steps from a beautiful beach with tons of great activities. We used the kayak a bunch and loved our stay at the house! Would recommend!

Perfect location on Moorea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Villa. The property was spacious, comfortable and clean. Only as put 20 metres or so from the beach with Les Tipaniers next door for drinks, meals and activities. This property is in a quiet complex and is suitable for families as well as couples. We would book again if we come back to Moorea.

Amazing Experience

This was our 1st trip to Moorea and we were in awe from beginning to end of the trip. Communication was excellent with the property owner as well. This bungalow is located at the perfect place on the island for all activities. We swam with sharks and rays and used the beach a few meters away quite frequently. This bungalow is located so close to the beach and rental equipment like boats , kayaks , etc. that it made it easy to not have to go anywhere for water activities. From Coco beach, ATV tour, shopping, Restaurants, bar on the beach, is all within minutes. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all. In Addition the bungalow was spotless, well stocked, bbq grill , and we made lots of meals here as well. Thank You for opening up your bungalow and making it an unforgettable experience

Perfect Place in Paradise

Can’t say enough great things about this property and the owners! We originally booked it for the location for all of our boating activities but then ending up being there during the COVID lockdown. When all else got canceled this place felt like our own little slice of paradise. The owners were extremely helpful In answering all of my many questions during such an certain time and went above and beyond to make sure we had access to what we could do (kayak, paddle, snorkel). There is a grocery store conveniently located and the place was incredibly clean (a few bugs but that’s to be expected on an island). Overall I can’t say enough good things and we would def book again!! Thank you for a wonderful escape!!!

Home away from home!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Anais. She showed us around the bungalow with a warm and friendly personality. The bungalow was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. The beach was a very short walk and we were able to have lunch and cocktails and Le Tippaniers. We snorkeled and took full advantage of this very private beach. When we took excursions on the island, the local tour companies and restaurants picked us up. Anais was able to make dinner reservations and taxi rides (the location is about a 30 minute ride from the airport). She was very prompt and easy to reach. We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay at Moorea-Maiao. Maruru Anais for a job well done!

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay here as a family of five. We stayed at another property prior to this one and loved this one so much more. It is in a gated community which felt very safe. It’s a two-minute walk to a fantastic beach where there is good snorkeling, nice sand, and a pier on which to watch the sunset. It is right next-door to the Tippaniers hotel where we were able to rent kayaks and kayak out to the shark sand bank where we fed stingrays and swam with sharks! AC was strong enough and we had everything we needed.

Great Stay

Great property. Very clean and modern. The property was exactly as described. Close to the beach, safe, secure. Very nice beach that was nor crowded, even on the weekend and holidays. Grocery stores nearby. Restaurants and snacks nearby as well. Tiahura is peaceful and quite, yet close enough to several good restaurants, activity centers, etc. Clement was very punctual upon check-in and explained the home very well. We were glad that he showed us where the main breaker panel was located and how to re set it, as we had to do this once. The kitchen is adequate and had enough cooking equipment to prepare our meals. We ended up preparing our meals most nights. The only item we would have enjoyed was some form of a grill, so we could grill outside. Overall, well located in a peaceful, relaxing area, and the bonus - sting day and shark feeding is just a short kayak ride away! We took advantage of the kayak rentals and dive shop right on the beach. Both outfits were outstanding.
