Desk clerk seemed annoyed when I arrived to check in. When we got to our room we pulled out the sofa bed and there were no sheets and crumbs all over it. Mattress was stained. Got sheets for my daughter. Heat was really hard to control so we were either freezing or blasting hot and dry. No coffee was offered in the morning except to buy expensive starbucks only starting at 7am. The gym was super minimal, didn't even have a bike and only loose weights.

Staff was outstanding! I can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating. However the pool was absolutely frigid! I chose this property to book because of the pool and breakfast. The pool was absolutely freezing to the point where my toddler had blue lips after like 10 minutes in the pool. The breakfast was also a huge let down. There were only pastries and frozen sandwiches to choose from. It wasn’t even close to a decent meal. If those two things were improved drastically, the stay would have been absolutely perfect!

The check-in went very well...5 Star for the employee welcoming me and offering complimentary water and soda pop and directing me to my room. I had a good 1st night's rest. Unfortunately there was NO HOT WATER to shower or wash up prior to being picked up Friday morning to attend a function that I came to Scranton for. I feel there should be some compensation to the stay. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they were working on it and hoped to have the problem resolved soon. Again, the staff was doing their job trying to reassure me the situation would be fixed. I realize problems arise, but it was a major inconvenience and there should be compensation because of it. Thank you!
