Only 5 min walk to the beach,the Triple S Marina is just across the street from the house. Guest also has the access to park the trailer & boat. This home with both Sound and Ocean views! Great location with open beach access! Property is conveniently located right between the Sound and ocean, with beautiful views of the both! Very, elegantly furnished and designed.There is an outside shower for after beach play.
The Kitchen is on the top floor, the dining room has a Grand view. There are three large wood deck balconies (one on each floor) and an outside shower for after beach play.

Nice weekend getaway
The unit we stayed in was the B side of a three-story duplex. We never heard the neighbors, so that was good. It is a five minute walk to the beach and if you want to drive your gear there, you’ll have to pay for the very limited parking with an app. The unit itself was comfortable and eclectic. The inside dining table only seats four so we had to sit on the porch to be able to seat all seven of us. We had some suggestions for the host on improving how the kitchen is stocked - like more glassware and microwavable dishes - and on improving cleanliness. She was responsive and receptive. In fact, she was easily reached via text any time with questions. Atlantic Beach, in July, was busy but laid back and quiet. A nice place for a family getaway.

Great location
The house location is great. There is some interesting people watching from the balcony, but its an easy walk to the beach, and a quick drive to fort Macon if your interested in that. The house was pretty clean and the host was quick to respond. Two things to note.. 1. There are a lot of stairs, and they are unavoidable. The kitchen is on the third floor, the laundry and 1 bedroom is on the bottom floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor. So your going to be getting your workout in. 2. The house is very decorated and a lot of the decorations are fragile, and seem they it would be easy to knock them over. I have a 7 year old, who isn't destructive but is active and I was constantly saying careful. I think that it isn't a great place for kids especially toddlers between the stairs and the fragile items. This is a great place for a couples weekend, or a family with a little bit older kids.

Our stay at Atlantic Beach
The property is very well kept. It's a fairly quiet area. The access to the boat ramp is available if you are willing to pay $15 dollars to launch a kayak, which we are not. The ocean view is VERY limited. From where we have stayed in the past on the ocean front this property is way overpriced.

AWESOME

Very nice house, and we had a prompt response to a slight issue with AC - fixed right away! Good living space and kitchen, close to beach. Ample storage space for beach items you bring.
