In our first room the toilet was broke. In our second room, it had a funny smell. The hallways had a musty smell. I did not feel the place was clean, in the room, the hall, the stair case. There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Luckily we only took what we needed in a separate bag for the night, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to bring our luggage up the stairs.

I am so sorry about the issues you had. I am not questioning anything about your stay, but are you positive the elevator issue was with us. I never received any problems with it. We would have had to call the elevator company about any issues like that. Again I am so sorry for the problems you had during your stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bed seemed to be rather new and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was great. There was something for everyone. The pool was nice as well.
