Roaches the jetted tub was nasty dirty missing tile. Burnt wholes on the comforter couldn’t get the door key to work. Was moved to another room which had more Roaches.

Our room was nice and clean, but the hallways were really dirty. Breakfast was ok. Night check-in lady was very nice.

We ordered a Jacuzzi room, and the jacuzzi didn't work, the clock was taped up, the bed was stained, it was awful, but because I paid with Travelocity they could not refund my money., So thanks Travelocity, I never Evan got to use my military discount or anything

very dirty!!
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons:dirty
We rented out 3 rooms for my family, my sisters family and parents. The room walls were dirty , stains around the toliet , fire detector hanging off wall, hair and stains in mini fridge, and just plain dirty. The pool had hair and other junk floating in it, the floors were filthy and there was hair on the floor as well. Our kids were looking foward to swimming but it was so gross they did not stay in for long. Also our room door was wide open when we arrived. The staff was friendly though.l

I'd read the reviews on the travel website and Quality Inns are usually pretty nice, so I thought it would be fine. We checked in and the woman at the desk was very nice, but there was an odd smell in the lobby. Walking to our room I noticed many room doors left open (not safe). Our room was hot and muggy, there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, one of the light bulbs was missing, the hair dryer couldn't be turned off except by unplugging it, the walls were dirty, and the coffee maker looked dirty. I'm a former hotel manager so I'm sure I notice a lot of things that most people don't notice. I decided it would be okay to stay because we were meeting other people there. We then went to the indoor pool, and it smelled awful in there in addition to being very hot and muggy - obviously there is a ventilation problem. My 8-year old daughter who loves to swim, refused to stay in there longer than about 5 minutes. Also, there were no towels in the pool area. I went to ask for some, and the front desk person said she would bring some, but since we only stayed in for 5 minutes, I had to go find some so we could get out. I finally decided part of the problem is that the water there just stinks. The fitness center was also a joke. The rest of the evening was uneventful except the room just felt dirty. We went down to breakfast the next morning, and it was okay except they were out of forks and the trash cans were overflowing. Definitely will not stay there again.

I have to set the record straight, the other reviews can not be about this hotel, just the opposite. We stayed here because they accepted pets (daughter had her dog), we had 2 rooms opposite ends of the building. Body odor on 1st floor, broken glass in windows 1st fl, noisy AC unit, poor TV reception, room furniture dirty-stained and dated, front desk needs more help -nice guy (college student) check in at 6pm still there at 9 am next day, did not eat there - went across street to Shoneys, doors banging (kids) till 11pm - thats pool closing time, do not believe hotel photos - exercise room had one piece of equip. a treadmill, lamps in rooms did not work, place felt dirty.
