In this hotel the property is ok, but definitely they need a lot of customer service training. The only thing salvable of this stay is the person that check us in in both times. I had to ask for room to be clean, the bathtub wasnt clean at all, because I can seed the duty lines around the bathtub, ac needed to be fix, 2 towels for 3 people, food expensive and plain.

Customer service an existent!!

We have stay couple times in this hotel, but out last experience was the worst. The room was not clean every day. Only the beds were made and trash taken out, floor was duty with the food that my daughter drop, and clean until I told the housekeeper. The ac wasn't working until I went to the front desk and ask for it to be fix. Every day they gave us two towels when we were 3 people in the room, so I had to ask for an extra towel every day. We bought some expensive pizzas which were supposed to be pepperoni and Hawaiian which it only literally had two tiny pieces of pineapple and a piece of ham. Working in the Hotel Industry we can see both faces of the hotel and the worst part was the customer service and the way they handle an issue that we had. At the end they send us like an offer because of the issue we had but it was meaning less to us because of the way they treated us specially because of the moment we were passing by. We stay for a total of 9 days, and a hotel is supposed to be home out of your home. They had an offer of $400 pesos for breakfast or lunch which I can tell you that the food is just plain, and no service from the waitress. My husband is a cheft so he definately knows about food and customer service and this place doent have it at all.
