The living areas in this single-storey property consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private lawn with hot tub and pizza oven, wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.9 miles you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub and please note that pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are included in the price. Fairway View Lodge is a lovely property for a family escape to Northumberland. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: There are four steps up to the exterior of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in rural Northumberland between Morpeth and Alnwick, Felton is a charming village. Ten miles away is Alnwick, with its castle and now-famous Garden, which has Europe's largest cascading water feature, a gigantic tree house, a rose garden, and an ornamental walled garden. The village has a shop with a post office, coffee shop, tavern, and restaurant. Additionally, the castle is well-known for its role as Hogwarts in the "Harry Potter" film series. With miles of golden sand beaches, dozens of castles, and boat tours to the world-famous Farne Islands all within easy reach, Alnwick is a great destination to visit. In sum, it's an ideal base from which to discover Northumberland and its breathtaking Heritage Coast.
