A Wakening

I used advance check-in, at first this was not recognized, but the desk clerk was kind and professional and got us in a room right away. The mattress was somewhat firm for a little old lady and I kept waking up.The reason for the frequent wakeup may have been the mattress, or it might have been the people in lead boots above us moving furniture all night. The breakfast lady was outstanding, and the breakfast itself was fine except for the lack of fresh fruit. Overall, it was a good motel for travelers.
