Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was fast and easy. This hotel is a short walk from great food, drinks, and activities. Our room had a nice view of the water and of course the rock.

I liked the hotel, staff and location. However, construction was happening next to my room. I only experienced the noise for about 2 hours, but that was because I had a trip out of town. More thought would have appreciated.

Nice place, close to the beach and lots of yummy restaurants. Very hopeful staff. I did miss having a microwave. I’m spoiled that way. Would stay again again.

The hotel overall was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet environment—it made for a relaxing stay. However, the front desk service could have been more polite and welcoming. One downside was the TV: it only had basic channels and didn’t support apps like YouTube, Netflix, or Hulu. In today’s world, having streaming options is pretty standard, so that was a bit disappointing. Still, the stay was decent, just not very entertaining.

This was a basic hotel. It was clean and comfortable, but no frills. The best part was that it was within easy walking distance of the embarkadero for a fraction of the hotels on the embarkadero.
