How close is The Landing at Morro Bay to the airport?
The Landing at Morro Bay is 17.7 mi (38-min drive) away from the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport (SBP) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
Our stay at the Landing was great. The room was clean and had a great view of Morro Rock. I would love to come back once the outdoor space is complete.
Staff was fantastic. They upgraded heat and AC. The room was the last one to be done. It had some issues. Very quickly responded.
It was my birthday, they had a card there for me. Absolutely will stay here anytime
The staff is wonderful. Thanks especially to Nicole who went out of her way to make sure our two rooms were to our liking. Wonderful view and so close to all shops and restaurants. Small hotel so parking is always close to your rooms.
For a stay-cation The Landing was a wonderful place! The view of the shops, bay and Morro rock were beautiful to view from the second story balcony. We enjoyed the fireplace in room, cleanliness, and style. The lobby was welcoming with snacks, coffee/tea. Check in/out was smooth. Arrive during posted business hours for the most convenient process. Easy to walk to business & restaurants in the area. Self parking in the lot.
Our stay was great. The staff went above and beyond to take us to our Ada accessible room I am blind and my husband is physically disabled they were very attentive. Parking is a bit tight as we are in a full size truck with a platform on the back but for a normal car it would be fine. The room was clean and well appointed would definitely stay here again.
Room was neat and tidy, had a great view! Staff was kind and offered us packets of hot tea, etc and other goodies like apples. Wonderful place, would recommend!
This rating is mostly due to failure on the part of Expedia to note limitations on where pets are allowed. I had planned a birthday/holiday trip for my son and his wife to enjoy a view of the bay and to have rooms close to each other. Unfortunately pets are only allowed on the first floor and the only room they had on the first floor was under the noisy stairwell at the opposite end of the building from my room. We ended up switching rooms and I slept with the dog so they could have at least one quiet night with a beautiful view.
