Very pretty, rising DUPLEX, located in the TILIA residence in Avoriaz on the 9th and last floor - approximately 40 sqm and facing south.
It offers a quiet location close to car parks and just a few minutes from the main street.
On the ground floor level: In the entrance you have a closet to properly store your luggage, opposite you have access to a shower room with a toilet.
The kitchen is on your left as you enter the living/dining room. It is very well equipped - dishwasher, combined oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the filter machine.
The dining area is just opposite, it has a large table with 6 chairs.
The living room, facing south and very bright, gives you access to a balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains. The sofa in the living room is convertible, it turns into a double bed (160x200) for the night. The television in front and you also have 2 armchairs to make you comfortable.
At Level +1: You have a large bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with a storage cupboard as well as a second cabin bedroom equipped with 80x180 bunk beds. For your comfort, you have a second bathroom with WC.
