Located in the Falaise district, on the 6th floor of the residence: Le Saskia 1, this beautiful renovated apartment is composed as follows:

- Equipped open kitchen overlooking the living area
- Dining area and convertible sofa, flat-screen TV, access to the balcony
- First double bedroom with storage
- Separate toilet
- Large bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror
- Second large bedroom with double bed, storage and access to the balcony
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 vacationers.

Perfect place to stay in Avoriaz
Really lovely apartment in a great location. Easy access to slopes and resort centre. Warm, well equipped apartment with handy laundry facilities in a nice building. Comfy beds, nice lounge area. Stunning views. Would definitely stay again. Immodreams are very nice to deal with and we have booked again with them.

Île service et la gentillesse de l’agence. Tous les contacts sont très agréables. C’est la troisième fois que je traite avec eux. Je me réjouis déjà d’être l’année prochaine. Pour l’appartement je trouve que le canapé lit est un peut déformé. Il est à changer. Bref merci pour votre gentillesse.
