It is set on a fully enclosed property featuring a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a balcony with sea views, an outdoor fireplace and several parking spaces.The house consists of two fully equipped accommodation units which are rented exclusively together.The upper floor features a studio apartment with a double bed, living area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a balcony offering panoramic sea views.The second unit extends over two floors. The middle floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom, while the ground floor features two bedrooms and an additional bathroom.Guests can use the electric vehicle charging station in the private parking area free of charge.The owner stays in a completely separate part of the house with a private entrance and direct access from the property. Guests and the owner do not share any indoor or outdoor areas, entrances or passageways. The swimming pool, terrace, garden, parking area and all other listed facilities are reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay.Brseč is a historic village perched on a cliff above Kvarner Bay, known for its charming stone streets, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of the sea and nearby islands.Please note: Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not permitted.
