Cozy Downtown Havens - 3

Cozy, light-filled apartment perfect for anyone visiting the University of Idaho or enjoying a relaxing stay close to downtown! This is a brand-new third story apartment in the heart of Moscow just three blocks from downtown and campus.

You'll have everything you need - a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, king side bed with soft linens, and a cozy living room to enjoy conversation or a movie together. With off-street parking, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and cozy comfort, you’ll feel right at home!
The space
Access:
This is a third floor apartment (you will have to go up a number of stairs). You'll enjoy fantastic views and a beautiful bright space!

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, plates/platters, and basic spices. You'll have both a Keurig and a French Press (beans and grinder provided), so you'll be sure to have a great cup of coffee each morning :). Filtered water on tap, and a full sink, with a drying rack. You'll also have a toaster oven and a electric stovetop for any cooking.

Dining:
We have a dining table which seats up to 4, and which can easily serve as a workspace for you. Salt and pepper provided :)

Living Room:
Love seat which converts to a twin pull out bed for any extra guests. 43 inch smart TV on a pivot arm (so you can pull it out to face the living room, dining area, or kitchen if you'd like). You can use netflix, or connect any of your other streaming services!

Bedroom:
King sized bed, charging dock provided on a bedside table for all of your devices.

Bathroom
Fully stocked bathroom, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, the works!

Laundry:
Stack washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Place was very cute. Clean and close to campus. Parking was great. Only complaint was that the upstairs renter was very loud when walking around. Could hear every footstep. Not a deal breaker at all just something to be aware of.

The place was clean, safe, walkable to get food, and host is very responsive. There were many goodies left for guests as well as a fully functional kitchen and full size fridge. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and quality sheets and towels. The host also supplied shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap and coffee. Will stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment Close to Downtown Moscow

I was actually thrilled with my Cozy Downtown Haven. Jon and Valeri were perfect hosts. Everything needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay was provided. I slept wonderfully and was able to easily cook and serve two meals for my family of 4. They responded promptly when I had trouble with the induction burners (which are great). The apartment is close to downtown and the University. My faith in vacation rentals has been restored!

Beautiful cozy apartment with high ceilings so it felt large and open. Easy to find in a good location close to everything. Peaceful, perfect location.

Owners answered questions in a timely fashion.The place was immaculate... clean, new, nicely arranged, spectacular snacks to welcome us, including wine and chocolate chilling in the fridge!Master bed mattress was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in at a hotel or a VRBO! A blessing when you don't often sleep well away from home.We could hear neighbors come and go a bit. Worked pretty well to put a pillow to cover the gap under the entrance door that allowed extra sound in.All in all, it was beautiful and great to access downtown in walking distance.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and came with many extras. Cute little surprises left by the hosts! French press with coffee provided to sweet treats and drinks.The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The hosts have worked hard to make it a 5 star stay! Excellent work.
