The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom was extremely small, the shower had shampoo, lotion and body wash dispensers and the body wash was empty. The overhead lights are yellowed and the cutouts for them were bad. The overhead sprinkler was missing its bezel. A couple of the lights in the room didn't work and the TV is probably one of the lowest quality TVs I have ever seen. I'm not sure if the hotel need a renovation or if it just had one done by the lowest bidder. Breakfast was stale and the gravy tasted like it had soap in it. Pancakes and waffles were good. Staff was definitely the only brightspot.

The hot food, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage were cold. No butter and syrup for waffles were out, by the time they were refilled, the waffles were cold.. the juice machine, all selections were almost water, biscuts for biskits and gravey were cold and hard, and the crockpit with the gravey was almosy empty and never refilled.. overall, very poor quality. I will never stay here again... The carpets in the hallways looked like something from the 80's, the room doors would not close themselves so unless you paid attention and left the room, the door would be open.. no bottled water in the room. I was not overall impressed

Baymont was clean, staff was great, what really stood out was the quiet .... We had two pups in the room that barely stirred because it was so quiet! No next door room sounds, no outside sounds, just quiet.
