Very clean hotel, this is the best place we have stayed on this trip. The breakfast was great and there was coffee 24 hours. The staff was friendly and I'd stay there again if needed. For the price you can't do any better.

The web page for Ritzville needs updating. It says you have a pool and spa, you don't. Otherwise very satisfied.

Very simplistic at a great price. Staff very nice.

NO elevator so if unable to do stairs be sure to ask for the 1st floor. The hotel is a nice place to stay very clean and quiet. Very simplistic.

A Great Stay

We stayed one night at the Days Inn in Ritzville. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed when we checked in and let us know that if we needed anything to let them know. The hotel was quiet and had a nice free breakfast.

Bed was too hard but everything else was great

The staff was friendly and efficient and the complimentary breakfast was better than I was expecting both in terms of the number of items offered and the quality. The room was clean, the mini-fridge kept my soda cold, and the shower pressure was excellent and I had enough hot water. Unfortunately I can only give 4 out of 5 stars because the bed was so hard and I kept waking up during the night.

This Days Inn was exceptional well maintained. Clean, comfortable, appears to be recently redecorate. Excellent morning breakfast. The internet was slow, but other than that, the nicest motel we have stayed with in years.

Accommodating and clean

This was a repeat visit to this hotel due to the fact that they happily accommodate my dogs, provide ground floor easy access to outside, and make me feel welcome. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The rooms are quiet.

The woman who checked us in around 5-6pm on Friday was very friendly and accommodating! She was warm and inviting. There was an older woman at the front desk the next day who assisted us with a new key card. She saw we had our dog with us and said loudly to another young coworker that we were “not in an animal room” and “the room will need to be deeeep cleaned”. I feel like this could have been a private conversation. It seemed like she wanted us to feel bad. We did not pick the room and the hotel knew we had a dog prior to our check-in. We had a few other strange encounters with her throughout our stay—it felt like she did not want us there. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Palouse falls is about an hour away and the town of Ritzville is historic and idyllic. There are a few options for good food in walking distance of the hotel as well.
