I book this hotel got the confirmation and was all set. When I flight landed in Kilimanjaro I got a message from the hotel say my room was double booked and I would have to stay somewhere else that I did not choose. This is unacceptable. Don't chance your vacation on maybe or maybe not having the room you booked available.
