【The owner and its name has changed to Backpacker’s paradise】 到着後、支払済にも関わらず予約が無効扱いされました。 オーナーが変更したため、エクスペディア経由で申し込んだ予約・支払は昔のオーナーになされている、知らないとの理由でした。 当初自分で連絡して返金してもらうように言われましたが、小1時間の交渉の末、追加支払いなしで部屋をあてがってもらえました。 施設は良かったです。Wi-Fiは入らない部屋が多いので注意が必要ですが、割り切ってしまえば問題なかったです。
