Just needed an overnight to be close to the airport for next day. However it was very pleasant to stay here.

Could not park at property as we had a trailer we were hauling. Check in and check out staff unfriendly did not explain bill or where we could find amenities just told us where the lounge was. Little communication except for the kitchen staff he was very helpful.

The gal at the front desk was a delight. The hotel is new so of course everything is in good shape. It’s very clean. The breakfast area and options are great - and I was impressed that for coffee drinkers, they had a variety of flavor syrups, creamers etc.

No heat in our room. Reported this as we were leaving to attend an event. We didn't really want to change rooms, clerk offered to get us extra blankets. When we returned it was 60 in our room. Clerk did offer to change our rooms which we did accept. We were placed in a huge suite which was nice but we listened to the elevator as guests utilized it all night. She did offer some gift cards for our trouble but we never received these nor money off of our room price. It was very clean on a positive note.
