The country house "Villa Sandri" offers accommodation for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet). There is a living room with fireplace, large dining room with kitchen, playroom plus a home cinema with theatre seats. Air conditioning and free WiFi throughout the house. Outside you will find a large terrace, partly covered, with a fantastic view and a pool of 8 x 4 meters. The coast with its many beaches and picturesque villages is 25 minutes by car.

For the use of the home cinema you need a laptop with HDMI connection. Amazon, Netflix etc. or your own films, anything can be screened.

You have your own charging station available in the parking lot. (Electricity is charged separately)

The country house "Villa Sandri" is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. It has tasteful furnishings, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was built and furnished not only as a rental property. It is fully equipped as a normal family house because it is only rented out when the owner is not using it. The house is located in a quiet location in the Mirna valley on the hill of San Bartolo, overlooking the picturesque town of Motovun. The nearest settlement is about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are vineyards, woods, fields and an old church with cemetery. At a 10 minutes drive you find the classic spa Istarska Toplice with several saunas, pools, massage, etc..

Villa Sandri has been rented out part of the year for 20 years now and there have not really been any dissatisfied tenants so far. Bookings take place directly with the owner of the house.

Beautiful home in a quiet setting
Our group of 8 friends thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. The owners have restored a very old property, giving it all modern conveniences but preserving the character of the place. Clean, equipped with everything you need, and exceptionally quiet location. Communication was fast and easy. Definitely recommended.

It was great to be able to stay with friends in a Croatian home. Each of us had our own space and yet could be together for meals. Very nice views. Somewhat remote though from amenities.

Beautiful house, with the most amazing view and surroundings.
We were two families (4 adult and 5 kids) and the house was perfect for that. The house had everything we needed and was close to everything (with a car of course). The space outside with the pool and the views was the best thing about it. The only little thing that wasn't 100%, was that the aircondition on the top floors was broken and it was really hot in the nights. Except for that, i will give it my biggest and warmest recommendation.

We loved the house with its views and beautiful living spaces. Motovun is a great area to explore and very close to the coast so perfect location to see Istria from.

Perfect location, fantastic nature in spring, nicely renovated house, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately, it was cold. Only one air conditioning was working and we were not allowed to use fireplace.

We all had a fantastic holiday. The villa and pool was wonderful and catered for all our needs. The Cinema room and pool kept the children entertained. The fantastic outside seating and eating area was perfect. 10 minute drive to local shops. Peaceful, relaxing holiday with beautiful views -would definitely recommend it.

top quality house and location in beautiful area
We had a wonderful week at Villa Sandri. It is a really comfortable house, cleverly restored with every amenity a family could need. It is private, but not terribly remote, spacious without being too big and the terrace faces south and west so catches the sun all day right around to sunset. it is quite close to the charming village of Motovun, which has several dining options (Mondo was our favourite) although this is a little too far for a leisurely stroll despite being visible from the house. There is much to see and do in Istria and the coast is an easy drive with lots of locations to choose from,

Alles super
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sauber und alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Das einzige was negativ war, war das der Pool nicht wie angekündigt gesäubert wurde (war sehr viel Dreck nach den Gewittern). Ansonsten würden wir immer wieder buchen.
