Not on Hotels.com anymore.
The only good thing was the nice and clean swimming pool. When I arrived, I had to pay again for the room in cash. They claim that they are not on Hotels.com. I have paid for the room in full on Hotels.com. I struggled just to get a receipt that I have paid cash again for the room. Breakfast was only a piece of bread and jam with coffee.

FUYEZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!
A notre arrivée, avec présentation de la reservation qui était déjà payée sur votre site, la personne qui nous a reçu nous a de suite dit que nous étions victimes d une arnaque internet, et nous a fait repayer la chambre. Chambre donc Repayée plus cher, non conforme aux photos : chambre délabrée, réparations au scotch sur les fils électriques, prises qui pendent, rouille et crasse baignoire, mur abimés, rideaux qui tombent, peinture abimée, odeurs dans la salle de bain……..Dans salle de restauration du soir, nous avons vu passer une souris. On nous a pressé de manger à 19h30, on nous interdit le salon pour nous connecter à l ordinateur, le wi fi annoncé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner était basique avec du pain rechauffer mais de la veille. Nous avions Repayé pour les deux nuits, mais nous nous sommes enfuis dès le matin. Un SCANDALE. Merci à HOTELS.COM de nous avoir remboursé rapidement, mais on y a laissé des plumes. Nous voyageons souvent au Maroc, c est la première fois que nous tombons sur un tel désastre, sur une telle arnaque. Je signale que j ai passé un agent de HOTELS.COM au telephone, et cette personne a insulté l agent de HOTELS.COM.

Lamentable. El peor alojamiento en el que estuve en Marruecos, y el mas caro. Las habitaciones no estaban preparadas, ni limpias. Sabanas usadas por anteriores clientes; retrete con manchas desagradables; papeleras con residuos de otros... se negocio una rebaja pero encontramos muchos problemas, no recomiendo este lugar a nadie.
