Peaceful, tranquil holiday cottage of 40m2 located in a park of 8000m2 formerly a holiday village of approx. 20 cottages in the heart of the Audermarois marsh. Completely renovated cottage with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a bedroom with bed 160 x 200cm, living room with sofa bed 140 x 190cm, bathroom with walk in shower, and 2 private terraces (furniture to be installed in July 2023). Ideal for cycling, walking, fishing, relaxing on the terrace. PETS ALLOWED: Dogs only and only if you dont leave your lovely dog alone in the property. Extra fee for your dog : 15 euros per stay.
