This home is absolutely charming! It rests on a gorgeous lot with pristine Westerly facing frontage! The sand beach is awesome and the dock will accommodate 2 boats up to 20 feet in length. Feel like taking a dip? Swim on out to the raft and dry off while working on your tan. If an afternoon with a good book sounds good to you; picture yourself nestled on the covered porch catching up on your reading while glancing out to the water between pages. Feeling adventurous and want to explore the shoreline or maybe catch dinner? Grab the row boat or canoe and go. Challenge the family to a sand castle competition on the beach or maybe some Frisbee on the beautiful lawn (which also boasts a picnic table for that afternoon glass of lemonade). You'll never want to go inside - but once you do, you'll be in love with this home! Charm galore with tasteful furnishings; kitchen/living/dining rooms on the first floor plus a sitting room with lots of windows for relaxing. There is also a bedroom with private bath on this floor, a half bath and laundry room. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with private bath and gorgeous lake views and 2 more bedrooms with yet another full bath. Downstairs in the lower level there is a great family room for your evening family gatherings where you can plan your card or board game tournament or watch a movie. The TV service is YouTube TV with a Roku device. Central A/C, Wi-Fi, granite counter tops. This property is just wonderful! The fieldstone fireplace in the living room is off limits and can not be used. There is parking for 3 cars on the property.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
