You've found it, the perfect spot for your next vacation! This Winnipesaukee waterfront contemporary home has 4+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and extensive glass facing the lake which makes for wonderful lake and mountain views. The property is sited with western exposure. You'll enjoy amazing sunsets over the lake and mountains from the wrap-around porch. Perhaps best of all, there is a large walk-in sand beach, u-shaped dock for a boat up to 22' feet in length, swim raft, canoe, 2 kayaks for you to enjoy! Please note, the amount of exposed beach changes with the lake level. No fires allowed. Don't miss out on this great location for your family!

Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200.00. Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was excellent. The beach is perfect for children to play in the sand. The yard is perfect for outside activities. The inside is great as well. We have two families of young children, the sleeping arrangements upstairs was perfect. The three bedrooms downstairs was great for the 3 senior citizens of our party. Kitchen has all the amenites one needs to cook inside or outside at the grill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the lake house were as advertised and added to our experience. The provision of the kayaks and paddle boards was a great amenity, we expected the kayaks but not the paddle boards. The beach is big enough that the grandkids could play on the beach alongside the kayaks (we brought 3 ourselves) without feeling crowded.
