Wake up amongst the beautiful mountains with breathtaking views across the valley. Nestled amongst a community of Svarmisk apartment's is this serene retreat.
Key Features:
- Northerly aspect balcony with incredible valley and lake views
- Two generous bedrooms downstairs â both with mirrored robes, split systems, and private balcony access.
- Sofa Bed (double) on the downstairs landing room to sleep maximum 6 available (please advise our team members if you would like this made up)
- Two modern bathrooms â including a sleek ensuite and a combined bathroom/laundry
- Contemporary kitchen â with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, ample storage and a spacious island bench
- Open-plan living & dining â warmed by a cozy fireplace and split system for year-round comfort

1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 6 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any timeâday or nightâmust not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
