The Space:

Featuring two stories complete with an original piano from the 1800s, the Estate is Mt Dora's most sought after destination. Each of the five bedrooms include their own private en suite bathrooms, mini kitchens, and dedicated coffee bars. This hotel-like design means you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire "hotel", with an all-access pass to both stories.

As a bonus, enjoy the full gourmet kitchen in the center of the house, in addition to the 5 kitchenettes attached to each bedroom suite!

Self check-in is easy and convenient with our touchscreen smartlocks, so you can simply relax and unwind in your home away from home.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access and private entrance to the Estate.

We also have a 4-Suite "Carriage House" located behind the Estate that sleeps an additional 10 guests, those rooms are available to book separately if you have a larger group (availability permitting). You may see friendly faces now and then as other guests may be staying at the Carriage House behind the Estate. The property and grounds are quite large so there is plenty of space and quiet.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the very heart of downtown Mount Dora, only minutes from delicious boutique restaurants, fine dining, and charming local shops. This is a truly unique place. 38 minutes from downtown Orlando.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available on-demand, and of course the area is quite walkable as well with many shoppes and tasty tidbits nearby :)

"Can you give me a discount?"

I'm happy to offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% discount for monthly stays.

"Do you have reliable Internet & WiFi?"

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through this app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

"What kind of coffee maker do you have?"

We have a drip coffee machine in each bedroom (5 total), they can brew a steaming hot cup with single-serving or an entire pot of fresh coffee, per your preference. I’m also happy to provide coffee and filters, on the house :) If you have a specific brand of coffee that you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that, too.

"Is this price for the rental of the whole house? Are you sharing any kitchen or living room space if there are guests renting the cottage in the back?"

The price is for exclusive access to the entire house, both floors. The guests behind the house are not allowed to use the main house :) The property is very large and there is a giant oak tree and driveway separating the Estate from the small Carriage House in the back. Imagine a spacious resort.

"Is this grand Estate with 5 en-suite bedrooms rented as the whole place?"

Exactly, yes! When you book this listing, you get exclusive private access to the ENTIRE 6,750 sq ft grand house and every area inside, no other guests will enter the Estate once you've booked it.

"Are the bathrooms private or shared?"

All the bathrooms are exclusively yours, private and NOT shared.

"How close is the Christmas lights display Mount Dora is known for where you walk through the magical streets?"
