Mulberry Villa exudes a sense of space and luxurious scale, on a footprint of over 100m2 with 3m cathedral ceilings surrounded by full length panoramic windows to capture breathtaking views. Mulberry’s interiors are based on a green palette, expertly curated by internationally-renowned interior designer Diane Bergeron.



Designed as a couple’s retreat, Mulberry offers a sumptuous bathroom with luxe amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, plush king bedding, and expansive indoor-outdoor living areas.



Though you’ll feel utterly secluded, Mulberry Villa lies just minutes from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Explore mineral springs, artisan cafés and restaurants, boutiques, spas and local galleries, before retreating to your haven in the hills.



The Neighborhood:

Mount Franklin is a striking extinct volcanic crater just 10 minutes north of Daylesford. Known for its perfectly formed cone and tranquil bush surrounds, it’s a favourite local spot for picnics, walking trails, and stargazing. The crater is encircled by a ring of tall gums and pine trees, creating a natural amphitheatre that feels both peaceful and otherworldly. Rich in Dja Dja Wurrung cultural significance, Mount Franklin offers a quiet connection to nature and history, all within easy reach of Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, Trentham, Castlemaine and other Victorian Goldfields attractions.



Getting Around:

Exploring the region is a breeze, thanks to the well-connected network of country roads. Opting for self-driving is highly recommended as it provides the utmost flexibility and convenience. Please always drive to the road conditions and plan ahead, it’s not unusual to encounter unsealed roads and wildlife so please drive with caution.
