Place is very dated 4 star rating is questionable Bunch of drop kicks partying on upstairs loudly 3 am. You get what you pay for I guess

Too expensive for what you get
When paying 150 AUD, then I honestly expect better amenities/room. The place was fine. No problem there. I usually pick budget accommodation and don't care too much. I just think that this place is too expensive compared to what you get.

Fantastic spot, our room had a close-up view of the pier & the ocean sunset was magnificent. Really nice building too, and in a great location.

I stayed overnight to participate in a community event in the morning. While the room was compact and comfortable which made for a good base to explore the city centre, the shower varied a little too much between hot and cold due to others using it. Was hoping to checkout a little later than 10am, but did not feel as welcome to as I did in previous visits This may have been due to the hotel being busy, Will definitely stay again due to the convenience.
