The employees were friendly, and as efficient as possible with the tools provided. I was checking in to 3 rooms and the printers were not working at the counter, she kept having to go into another office to print documents for check in. The property is older and needs renovation, attempts have been made to keep paint and carpets fresh, especially in common areas. The furniture in the rooms is in poor condition (worn, chipped, flimsy), chair fabric and counter tops were stained, cigarette burns have been painted over on counter tops (in non smoking room), the kitchenette has no dishes, serving utensils or even paper towels. I was glad to have a room with double beds, the first bed already had hair in it when the covers were pulled back, the 2nd seemed clean. This location is not up to brand standards for the chain.

I did not like the size of the bathroom. The initial smell of the refrigerator in the room was a little much. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Room was not cleaned after the first night.
The room was not cleaned after the first night. We did not know whether or not we had to tell the front desk. However, the place was decent enough for a 2 night stay.

Housekeeping
No housekeeping the two nights we were there. Beds not made. Bath was not cleaned up from our daily showers. Trash no removed. Coffee was very poor. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Nice hotel

Was very surprised!!! Didnt know what to expect but I was very happy with choosing this hotel. The staff was awesome and helpful, and the room and hotel was nice. Made my trip to NJ easy!! Will use them again when I go back to NJ.

Extended Stay, Mt. Laurel NJ
Even though they are listed as 'pet friendly" they want $* extra for a pet. It might be good, oh Travel online, to let travelers know about the fees. That fee made it one of the more expensive places around.
The room was a bit banged when we arrived (shelf pulled out of the wall, dresser drawer askew) but when I informed the front desk, they offered to make it right.
