The reason we booked this hotel, the pool, was closed due to maintenance. There was very limited parking due to renovations starting the next day (which we were not made aware of before booking) and the staff, minus the front desk attendant when we checked in, were rude.

Felt like the area was pretty safe. The hotel was average looking. Some stains on the furniture, but the room was clean. Quiet guests no issues. Breakfast decent for a hot breakfast. Free coffee 24/7 was a huge plus

Very clean, but upset that the pool was closed
The hotel was very clean. When I arrived, there was a sign on the plexiglass stating that the pool was closed for maintenance and I was really upset about that because the whole reason I picked that particular hotel was because it had an indoor pool. There were three employees, when I arrived and ONE was leaving, the other young woman was very adamant about stating how she could not wait to leave. They left one young man to work the desk. I didn’t require any service during my one night stay. I booked a hotel, because there was a show nearby that I was taking my son to. I checked the hotels website and it did not state that the pool was under maintenance so I had brought our bathing suits and was very excited to use the pool for exercise.

Our stay was very nice the staff was very helpful the kitchen lady for breakfast was amazing Vanessa the day we checked in Tina was very good the only thing I didn’t get to do was the pool it was too cold to go in

We stay here frequently because it’s near our daughter. It’s always clean and breakfast is usually great. Breakfast manager is really on top of things. I appreciate the 24-hour coffe/tea/cocoa station in the hall, too.

Jacuzzi tub—Wow!
LOVED our room—we got one with a jacuzzi tub and needed that after a long day of packing. Everything about our stay was top-notch! Will definitely choose a Hampton Inn again!

We had a 15 hour day driving with our little one and booked this location months in advance because of the pool. It was very disappointing to be told upon check-in that the pool is closed. We definitely would have cancelled in advance and booked somewhere else as it was the opportunity our child had to burn some energy off in the morning before continuing our drive to Florida. The desk attendant could not be bothered to take her EarPods out of her ears to speak with us and did not explain the charge on my card when we checked in. It felt like we were inconveniencing her with whatever else she was doing when we checked in at 10pm. We will definitely not be back on our return trip home.
