One of the best hotel experiences. Having the sports bar next door was awesome. They also had my favorite beverage onsale at the snack bar. Great place, great experience!

Dirty

First of all, this has nothing to do with the wonderful staff I met. Rosa at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The maintenance guy in the pool offered to turn on warmer water for me. They were so nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in what smelled like a very long time. There was an acrid smell coming from the toilet that burned in my nostrils even after I left. It clearly hadn’t been scrubbed with bleach in a very, very long time. I had to check out early. The rest of the building was super nice and clean but I can’t sleep in a room with a dirty bathroom.

Bathroom was dirty and the exhaust fan wasn't working as well. For the price the breakfast should have been included as well, but don't mind paying. Then again they charged 14$ for what? Bread and butter and an apple juice? Lol. 370$ for 2 nights mid-week is actually too pricey fir this hotel and services overall. Im not going back.

Communication

I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was asked, by the front desk. Then got an email via Lauren asking if they could do anything and again I reinstated just to please have my room cleaned. I was gone 7 hours and still came back to dirty room. Very disappointed. But I went down to front desk and they immediately rectified the situation. But seriously 3 different methods before getting it resolved.
