Dust everywhere throughout the room. No do not disturb sign, and the room was out of Kleenex. Went and asked for both things, and they seemed inconvenienced to provide. They said we wouldn’t be having the room serviced the next day, so no sign was needed as they didn’t have any at the front desk. Asked for Kleenex, and was going to give us just a random open box instead of getting a new one for us. After pushing them to do so, we did end up getting a new box, but they seemed like they didn’t want to do their job (wasn’t asking for much) The toilet was clogged, and a housekeeper just handed us a plunger to plunge ourselves. Not that I would use the coffee pot in the room, but there was no pot in the coffee maker when we arrived, and that area was a disgusting mess. Looked like it was never restocked or cleaned. Cups that were in the room weren’t individually wrapped (don’t know if they are normally), but that is very unsanitary. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was fine, but I don’t think we would stay here again, especially not for the price I paid. ($691 for two nights!!!!)

We stay at this property when we come to visit my child who is at CMU. You cannot beat the price and the breakfast is pretty good. The only issue we have had there is that the sheets in the comforters don't really fit the beds. We had a king bed this past weekend and The sheets were definitely not King sheets and it was not a king comforter. The other issue we had was that a family came in at 10:30 at night on Saturday and their children proceeded to run amok all over the third floor and they were playing hide and go seek in the stairwell and it took forever for them to quiet down. I feel like the staff should have been a little more aggressive with explaining to them that they should be courteous.

We booked a room with two queen beds for our stay after our basketball tournament. After we booked the stay another grandchild wanted to go when they found out about the pool. The hotel didn’t have a roll away bed for the additional member so the front desk upgraded us to a better room with a liove seat at no extra charge. I will book it again.

Horribly kept hotel

First room we got had no heat. Continues to tell them, they keep coming to try and fix it. Took forever to get us in the new room. Which wasn’t the floor we chose. Got to room 2. Hair was inbeaded in pillows, body wash shampoo conditioner jars in shower were empty! Heat was off when we got into room 2. And they said it will take a few seconds for it to kick on. WHY ISNT THE HEAT RUNNING IN A HOTEL DURING THE HARD WINTER DAYS?. Thank god we brought our own pilllows and blankets because that bed was YUCK!. Took the room over 20 Minutes to finally warm up once warm it kept a nasty smell in the room the entire night’s. Never again!
