Get your reps in before hitting the sand! The garage is home to a fully equipped gym with weight machines, dumbbells, a cable machine, and a squat rack — plus a full bathroom to freshen up after. (Please sign the waiver in the house binder before use and be courteous when sharing the space.)
When it's beach time, everything you need is right here: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a skim board, and a cooler. Four beach cruisers are ready to roll for a scenic ride to the shore. 🚲 And when the sun goes down? Fire up the ping pong table, challenge someone to darts, or set up party games on the 8-foot table. Good times guaranteed.
🍳 The Kitchen
Fully stocked and ready for your inner chef! Extras include an Instant Pot, blender, toaster oven, and a mini waffle maker for slow Sunday mornings. The island seats 4, and a cozy couch just off the kitchen means there's always room for one more.
🚪 The "Fourth" Bedroom
Tucked off the kitchen behind stylish barn doors, this flexible space features a queen-size pull-out sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a freestanding clothes rack with shelves. Perfect for extra guests who want their own private nook.
🛋️ The Living Room
Soaring cathedral ceilings, skylights, and big windows fill this space with natural light — and a 65" smart TV fills it with entertainment. Kick back on the large sectional, the full-size sleeper sofa, or grab a floor pillow and make yourself at home.
🛏️ Bedroom 1 — The Primary Suite
Main floor convenience meets serious comfort. The king-size bed and 65" smart TV set the tone, and the fully renovated ensuite bathroom (July 2022) takes it over the top with both a walk-in shower and a gorgeous stand-alone soaking tub. A queen-size air mattress with bedding is also tucked inside the primary closet for extra guests.

Head upstairs to this cozy king retreat, complete with a 50" smart TV and blackout curtains for sleeping in guilt-free.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a beautifully renovated jack-and-jill bathroom (July 2022) with a combo shower/tub.

🚽 Septic System
We're on a septic system, so please keep it simple toilet paper only in the toilets. Nothing else, no exceptions! Your future self (and our plumber) will thank you.
👶 Kid-Friendly & Baby-Proofed
We have a toddler ourselves, so we get it! The home is set up with families in mind retractable baby gates at both sides of the front porch, the garage stairwell, and the top and bottom of the main staircase. Most windows have built-in stoppers and nearly all outlets in common areas are covered. A Pack & Play is also available for families traveling with little ones. 🧸
🎉 No Parties Period
We love a good time, but parties are strictly prohibited at all Royall Stays properties. Please do not exceed the approved guest count on your reservation violations may result in immediate removal from the property. Additionally, alcohol may not be served to anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any violation will result in a $500 smoking fee no exceptions, no negotiations. Take it outside and enjoy that fresh Lowcountry air instead! 🌿
