This charming three-bedroom retreat blends modern comfort with country character, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, featuring a cozy gas fireplace and seamless access to a private garden with multiple outdoor areas — ideal for morning coffee, family B B Qs, or an evening glass of wine under the stars.

Inside, the cottage is thoughtfully equipped for year-round comfort with reverse cycle air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine (bring your own beans or grounds), plus instant coffee and tea provided for convenience. Each bedroom is beautifully presented, offering a king, queen, and two singles (trundle), making it perfect for families or small groups.

Beautiful garden and lovely, comfy house

We had a very nice stay here with our family including two dogs and an 18 month old. The garden is beautiful and fully fenced and the house is very comfy. Note, there is only one toilet (I missed this when booking!). Could also use a few more mugs and we couldn't find tea towels (but perhaps missed them). Lovely quiet street.

Great little home

We were very happy with our stay however it was disappointing the yard not to be looked after , we couldn’t use it as the grass was extremely big , my partner looked for a loan mower unfortunately there wasn’t one , as we really would have appreciated the yard for our children to play , and furnitures out of place other ways we would have been really happy with our stay . _Lurdes

Great property and very dog friendly

The property was very clean and had everything we needed in a lovely location. Very quiet area, so relaxing and peaceful sitting watching the birds come into the yard. The main back deck area was lovely to sit and have your coffee or wine, however the yard was a bit overgrown and the other balcony could use some repair. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great property for a family and lovely to be able to bring pets. Garden and outdoor aspect are a bonus Some simple maintenance would improve including addressing broken items and cleaning outdoors. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

not recommended at all

House was uncleaned, snake lollies stuck to lounge throw, toilet a disgrace, bath full of insects and dirty, dry dog food pellets spread over floor, no dust pan, curtains in lounge with rings missing and hanging shabby, curtains in main bedroom don't cover window, deadlocks need maintenance, generally not at all how pictures present. The house needs a good clean
