This downstairs residence is part of a thoughtfully designed single home. The upper level is a completely separate unit and may also be occupied during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and the home was designed to allow guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently.

Step inside through the private lower-level entrance on the left side of the home and be welcomed by a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, warm wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances—including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—plus all the cookware and utensils you’ll need for home-cooked meals. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table that seats six.

The living room offers a plush sectional sofa, lounge chair, a twin murphy bed, and a large Smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a day on the slopes. Kids (and adults!) will love the cozy “Wizard nook” under the stairs, complete with a floor mattress and pillows—a charming hideaway for reading or play.

Down the hall, you’ll find the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and a walk-in closet stocked with linens and a luggage rack. The hall bathroom includes a spacious vanity with quartz countertops, a glass-enclosed shower, and complimentary soap and shampoo for weekend stays. The second bedroom (a bunk room with two queen beds) offers ample closet space and comfortable sleeping for additional guests.
