Three Birds House is conveniently located opposite the Mudgee Golf Club. Bring your clubs and enjoy a round. The house is perfect for families and groups.

Three Birds House has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the spacious house with soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Share stories, enjoy a drink and a barbeque in the private patio out the back or relax on the front verandah and watch the world go by. The children can run free in the backyard and enjoy the garden.

Get comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Play an entertaining board games, connect to the free wifi, read a book or watch the telly.

The kitchen is complete with a coffee machine and all the essentials should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. You will also find some complimentary treats to enjoy with your cuppa.

The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, a hair dryer and toilet paper.

Should you wish to do some laundry, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine (including liquid capsules), dryer, iron and ironing board.

Cute Cottage

We had an amazing stay at this charming cottage over the weekend. It was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy beds. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful views made it the ideal escape from the city. Margaret was very responsive, adding a personal touch to our experience.

Great Christmas Escape

Lovely town, plenty to do. Great food at local Irish pub. The house and garden were very nice. Very clean house. Beautiful garden with lovely tree's and roses. Loved it.

Great stay

Nice spacious house, comfy beds, and was well cleaned. In a quiet area but it is a way away from the main drag (too far to walk). Handy having a full laundry too. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

We had a lovely 2 day stay. It was extremely clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and linens were lovely. Right across the road from the Golf Club which have a excellent restaurant

Great clean place, handy spot, but a little noisy

This was a great house, but for 1 thing it was on a pretty busy road, noisy in the morning from 5,45 and in the afternoon till 10. Front bedroom got most of the noise so we slept in the back room, much better. It needed double glazed windows on the front two facing the road, would make it less noisy. We were only there too nights so we put up with it, property had a great sitting area at the back and all was well kept. Had all we needed for a great stay and across the road was the golf course, for a nice view

Lovely accommodation

Loved our stay at the 3 bird house. It was well presented, clean with lots space. There's a lovely garden at the back to sit out and relax. Margaret was a great host and we would stay there again if ever in Mudgee again.

Larger than presumed
